In a world devastated by industrial agriculture and wide spread disconnect from our food supply, one of the best ways to combat this is to get back to our roots and be directly involved in what we are eating again.

The focus of the 2019 winter gathering will be learning how to honour the animals we eat by using EVERY part of the animal; from meat, organs, hides, bones, sinew to hoof rattles. Leaving no part wasted.

Traditional preservation methods, bone and sinew tools, traditional tanning and much more are all covered.

Held deep in the mountains of Yarrowitch, NSW.
